All domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground. Orders $98+ ship free.
Our shipping team works out of Arlington, TX and we’ll continue to ship orders as long as it’s safe for our team and permitted by local regulations. Extra safety precautions and social distancing measures have our orders shipping out a little slower than usual, so expect to receive your shipping confirmation in 3 to 5 business days. We will do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you purchased a product directly from our website and are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us within 30 days unused and in the condition you received it in. You can return items for a full refund, exchange or credit to our website.
Returns received by our warehouse after 30 days from date you receive your order are not eligible for refund. Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Email us at email@example.com with your name and order number to make an exchange or receive store credit for any defective or damaged items outside of our 30 day return window and within 1 year of purchase date.
