RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you purchased a product directly from our website and are not satisfied for any reason or would like to make an exchange. Simply return it to us within 15 days unused and in the condition you received it with all tags attached, and we will issue a full refund. Returns received by our warehouse after 15 days are not eligible for refund.
Returns received by our warehouse 15-30 days of receiving your order are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. Items missing any original tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We do not refund any shipping fees and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the original method of payment only.
All orders placed before 12pm pacific, Monday through Friday will ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation via USPS from our warehouse in Oakland, CA. Orders over $99 ship free.

We offer international shipping for $25 per order. Import fees, duties, VAT and customs fees may be required in your country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. International Orders can only be returned for a refund or store credit. No exchanges.
